About BELT PRESS Clean-water RECYCLE SYSTEM
01 Outline
The most important thing at a waste water treatment is a dehydrating facility. DOBLEBELT PRESS dehydrating lots of sludge efficiently is more special. But at most of waste water treatments they can't keep high-priced facility like a DOBLEBELT PRESS in good working order. The reason is that it is almost impossible to supply clean-water or industrial water to facility constantly.

To slove this problem use generally Auto Strainer to recycle clean-water. But such a that way has defect whch is one of reason to cause a falling-off in quality of Auto Strainer. Here is the C.R.S(Clean-water Recycle System) to settle the problem completely and keep high-priced facility like a DOBLEBELT PRESS in good working order.
02 The main subject
Case of using industial and dischared water as clean-water for DOBLEBELT PRESS
1. When using industrial water, entire waste water and cost of water incease by clean-water to flow in waste water.
2. When using dischared water, cost of water incease by clean-water to flow in waste water. According to increase of waste water that occur
    additioal costs(about 60 won ~ 2000 won per ton).


Drum type BELT clean-water recycle facility's demerits
1. Unfitered BELT clean-water run over from entrance of drum. So that often block an injection nozzle when clean-water is sprayed to an injection
    nozzle for BELT.
2. It take lots of time and manpower to clean up an injection nozzle to be stopped with brush.
3. If injection nozzle is stopped, BELT can't be washed. That decrease dehydration efficeny.
