⊙OUTLINE

Small-capacity(precision filtration,20㎕) to large-capacity treatments are possible as the product allows filtration with selected wedged-wire screens with various slots to filter any sludge (Suspended Solids) included within the treated liquid. There is no need for additional backwash, as unwanted substances (Back washing) are removed using independent water pressure towards the forward and backward directions following the flow of the fluid. There is no suspension in the supply of the water source during the backwash process, so the water used in the manufacturing process can be recycled. The blockage of nozzles can also be prevented with its installation on the frontal and of each spray nozzle during the pretreatment process of the precision filtration. It is able to minimize the use of water its installation in recycling primary and secondary treatment water iin wastewater treatment facilities or sewages and chlorination equipment in filtration plants.


⊙FEATURES

  • 1. There is no need for additional backwash, as the screen is backwashed by the independent treatment water with the use of a timer and pressure difference of In-out-flow. The continual operation is possible without the suspension of natural water supply.
  • 2. There is virtually no blockage on the screen with the use of wedged- wire screens.
  • 3.The installed screens can individually be separated for convenint maintenance and the screen can be replaced without disassembling the body.
  • 4. Easy by-pass piping and surrounding piping, as the In-oulet pipes are located collinear to the surface and planes of the product.
